Welcome to the web site of the Central Texas Conference, United Methodist Church, Historical Committee!

If you are new to this site refer to the top link on the right, "How To," for guidelines. If additional instructions are needed use the email link, also on the right.

This site is primarily for the use of the Historical Committee in its task of researching and collecting information for a history of the Central Conference, but visitors are welcome.

Since this a "work in progress" many links do not lead to live information but this is changing day-to-day.

As as part of this effort there is also a Committee Forum (Blog) for inputs which all readers can see and comment upon. Email is private.

Interested parties with information which you believed can be used by the Committee please let us know. We are soliciting anecdotes, histories, photographs, etc. which touch on the history of the Conference. These can sent as email attachments. Text is preferred in Microsoft Word format but can also be used as regular text, included in the email insead of as an attachment.
